Our Customer Care Team are here to help with any information you may need or queries you have after you’ve completed on your new Genesis home. You will receive your log in details and user guide for our customer portal via email just before completion. Here you can log any initial snagging issues you may come across and our customer care team will allocate them to the appropriate contractors as per your development. We aim to rectify any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible but please be aware, some delays may occur depending upon the nature of the works.

For non-emergencies, please email details to customercare@russell-armer.co.uk or call Head Office on 01768 800878, option 6. We will respond to non-urgent items during office hours, Monday-Friday 8.30am o 5.00pm.

If you are unable to reach our Customer Care Department between Monday and Friday, 8:30am-5.00pm, and have an emergency, please call 07917 260520. If you have an emergency issue out of hours, please refer to the procedure below.

EMERGENCY Out of Hours Procedure:

If you have an emergency, please refer to the details below as per your development. Example emergency issues are:

  • Complete loss of power or heat which has not been caused by local utility company failure (ensure local utility failure is investigated prior to calling our emergency line)
  • Major leak caused by defective plumbing
