Found the property you love? Don’t delay. Our reservation process is designed to help you secure your new home, while allowing you the time to make plans and get your finances prepared.
Reservation fees start from just £500 and hold your property for six weeks, so you can get the ball rolling with your solicitor and lender.
As long as you purchase within an agreed period, your reservation fee will be deducted from the price of your property. Our contract will detail everything that’s included in the purchase price, as well as an outline of our responsibilities to you.
If you secure your home at an early stage of development, it’s likely you’ll have the opportunity to select from a wide range of optional choices and upgrades. Choosing from a variety of kitchen and bathroom fittings or inputting on tile and paint colours is a practical way of personalising your new interior.

A helping hand
Moving home can be stressful. In our experience, it’s easier if you can organise utilities, insurance, telephone connections and other services ahead of time.
Water, gas and electric supplies will already be set up – you just need to inform your current suppliers of your move about a month in advance. Telephone and internet providers may need extra notice, so prioritise those. Your home will need to be insured from the date of completion. Speak to your current insurer to see if you can transfer your policy or need to arrange a new one.
Once you’re in, you can relax and get to know your new home. Rest assured, we’ll still be around to answer your queries.
You’ll find we’re just as committed to your care and comfort after your move as we are before. And, while we love hearing about how happy our new residents are, we’re also on hand to solve any problems – however minor – you experience in the days, weeks or months that follow.
