We are excited to launch our Leap Into 2024 campaign which will see people who purchase one of our properties – across any site – benefit from an amazing offer of us covering your bills for 12 months.

To help your dreams come true, we are making that Leap into a new home that little bit easier by taking away any extra worries about covering your household bills.

Russell Armer Homes will pay your bills – whether that be your mortgage, council tax, electricity, water, gas – to the value of £800 each month for a period of 12 months (T&Cs apply – see below).

Terms and Conditions: Russell Armer Homes’ Leap Into 2024 Monthly Household Bills Offer


1.1 These terms and conditions relate to Russell Armer Homes’ Leap Into 2024 Monthly Household Bills offer to provide a monthly bill payment of up to £800 to eligible customers to cover their monthly household bills.


2.1 To qualify for the monthly bill offer, customers must have purchased a property from Russell Armer Homes.

2.2 The offer is applicable only to customers who have completed the purchase and taken possession of their property.

2.3 The offer is valid for a period of one year from the date of completion of the property purchase.

2.4 The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

2.5 The offer cannot be backdated by any length of time.

2.6 The offer is only application to properties reserved on or before March 8th, 2024.

Monthly Bill Offer:

3.1 The total annual payment under this offer amounts to £9,600, which will be paid in one lump sum to the customer on completion of the property.


4.1 Customers must enrol in the bill offer programme to benefit from the offer.

4.2 Enrolment details will be provided by Russell Armer Homes upon completion of the property purchase.

Billing Statements:

5.1 Russell Armer Homes will not directly manage or pay the household bills. Instead, customers will be responsible for settling their bills.

Payment Method:

6.1 The payment of £9,600 to cover all 12 months will be credited to the customer by Russell Armer Homes on completion of the property.

6.2 The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Termination of Offer:

7.1 Russell Armer Homes reserves the right to terminate or modify this offer at any time, with reasonable notice to customers.

7.2 Termination will not affect payments already earned but not yet applied.


8.1 Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the submission of bill statements.

8.2 Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the offer.

General Conditions:

9.1 Russell Armer Homes’ decision on all matters relating to this offer is final.

9.2 These terms and conditions may be subject to change, and any amendments will be communicated to customers.
