A Helping Hand for our Service Men and Women

Posted on February 15, 2010 | News

Russell Armer Homes are delighted to be offering some extra help to members of the Armed Forces hoping to get a foot on the property ladder.

The news follows the Government’s announcement that service men and women will be given up to 50 per cent of a property’s value to help them buy a home of their own anywhere in England.

To welcome the news, we are now offering our own extra incentive to house buyers from the Armed Forces. Any service men or women who buy a Russell Armer home through the Government scheme will receive free carpets throughout.

Sales manager Alison Wall said: “It’s our way of giving something back to the Armed Forces and showing our genuine appreciation for what they do for our country.”

With properties currently for sale in Kendal, Penrith and Holme – and new developments coming later this year – we have a wide choice of houses and apartments on the open market.

Service men and women who would like to find out more about the offer are invited to call our friendly team on 01539 724282. For more on the Armed Forces Home Ownership Scheme and eligibility, visit the website at www.afhos.co.uk

Please note: the free carpets offer applies to service men and women who are eligible to buy under the terms of the Armed Forces Home Ownership Scheme. It does not apply to Russell Armer homes which are sold under the HomeBuy Direct scheme. The property pictured is an example of a Russell Armer home and is for illustration purposes only.
