Work Begins On Cock & Dolphin Yard

We’re redeveloping the old Cock & Dolphin pub into an attractive yard-style mix of apartments and houses, just a short walk from Kendal’s shops, cinema, cafés and schools.
The pub itself, overlooking the River Kent, is being transformed into 9 bright, spacious apartments, each with 2 bedrooms. There will be 6 apartments in the former pub and 3 in a brand new wing, including some much-needed affordable homes for locals.
