With the building of Lady Anne Court we’re putting down firm roots in the market town of Penrith.

Councillor Joan Raine, Chairman of Eden District Council, very kindly did the honours for us, and the holly tree now forms the centrepiece of a beautifully landscaped courtyard at the heart of Lady Anne Court.
