Planning Application Submitted for New Homes in Arkholme

We have submitted a planning application for 14 new homes in Arkholme, Lancashire at the Sheiling.  Details can be viewed on line here. The scheme is on the site of the Sheiling (to be demolished) and adjacent paddock. 14 new homes are proposed comprising 3 and 4 bedroom houses and four affordable homes. A decision is expected in November 2014.
