Cumbrian developers Russell Armer Homes has extended free carpet and £500 legal fee deals on selected apartments at Lady Anne Court.
Buyers at the Penrith housing development are being given a further boost with the company paying stamp duty on selected two-bedroom homes at Bridge Lane.
Managing director, Martyn Nicholson, said: We are keen to make it as easy as possible to buy one of our properties, but our special offers at Lady Anne Court have to finish at the end of the month.
With a particular focus on first-time buyers, we are giving interest-free equity loans for up to 15 per cent of the purchase price on selected apartments. This excludes any other offers.
Martyn added with base interest rates at an all-time low, the time was ripe for people to buy.
There is speculation that rates will rise, so time is of the essence if people are considering buying. The market has started to pick up and in January we sold five properties.
