Elaine’s Ready To Build On 20 Years Service
A gift denoting thanks for two decades of donning a hard hat at a moment’s notice was given to Elaine Goulding today (September 4), as she marked her 20th anniversary at Russell Armer Homes in Kendal.
Elaine is office and HR manager at Russell Armer Homes’ head office at Mintsfeet in Kendal and is the longest serving female employee at the construction firm, which has been building award-winning and unique homes in Cumbria for over fifty years.
To allow her to celebrate the occasion and get some welcome rest and relaxation away from her busy job, Russell Armer presented her with a Langdale Spa voucher.
Elaine took to the controls of a tele-handler, at Russell Armer’s new Cragg Close development in Kendal, to receive her gift from managing director, Martyn Nicholson.
She commented: ‘This was a really big surprise and a lovely touch. Two decades here have flown by, but the company values have always stayed the same. I shall look forward to my spa visit and thank my colleagues for being so kind as to buy me this gift.’
Martyn Nicholson said: ‘Elaine has made a major contribution in her role with us and we thank her for her loyal service and dedication to her job. We were delighted to mark her 20 years with us in this way.’
