Show home visits ( we would love to see you but not just yet)

In light of ongoing developments regarding the coronavirus pandemic, we’d like to reassure you that we are constantly monitoring events and responding promptly to the government’s advice to the construction sector.

Our main priority is to safeguard the health and well-being of customers, employees and subcontractors and to play our part in helping to slow the spread of the virus. With this in mind, our show homes are temporarily closed.

The government is encouraging construction sites to re-open, so long as safe distancing measures are in place. We have re-opened our developments, initially on a small scale and have signed up to the HBF (Home Builders Federation) Covid-19 Safety Charter.

It was announced on 12 May that show homes and estate agents could re-open in England. From enquiries over the last few weeks, we know many people are keen to view our sites, however please bear with us whilst we put essential safety measures in place to make your visit and our staff’s wellbeing secure. We anticipate an opening in late May and will announce this via our priority mailing list and this website in due course. All visits will be by appointment only to ensure social distancing.

Our teams will continue to be available for enquiries, support and advice via the website , the email addresses below and by telephone 01539 722635. Please continue to make use of all our web resources where you’ll find information about current and upcoming properties and developments.

If you’ve recently purchased a Russell Armer home and are approaching the completion process, be assured that we will continue to support you through your move. If you already live in a Russell Armer home, we will continue to honour our warranty responsibilities, prioritising emergencies – although we will have to suspend non-urgent calls for the duration.

We find ourselves in uncertain times, with events unfolding at a rapid rate. Please be assured that the well-being of our colleagues, clients and communities is of paramount importance to us and will inform every decision we take. There may be further adjustments in the coming weeks and months, but we will provide regular updates on our website, via email and on social media.

Sending our sincerest wishes for continuing good health.
