Apartment Discounts for the Armed Forces

Full-time service men and women from the Army, Navy and RAF will be given 4% off the asking price of any apartment at Lady Anne Court, our latest development in Penrith.
On a home costing £135,950 this would mean a discount of £5,438 for Armed Forces buyers – giving them a real helping hand towards getting onto the property ladder.
The discount is our own small way of showing our support for Britain’s courageous service men and women.
