The first phase of affordable homes are now all reserved. These were available to people in housing need, living or working the parishes of Kirkby Lonsdale, Mansergh, Casterton, Barbon, Middleton, Dent, Garsdale, Sedbergh, Killington or Fairbank, with prices from £70000 to £110000.
